UPS, Fedex......What do they have in common???

They both SUX!!!!! Neither one can deliver on-time EVER. Least where I live, cuz I live in a very weird and out of the way place. Not sure if many people even know of the place, its called SEATTLE, WA! Yea, really out of the way place. Must be that since we are so out of the way it is hard for them to find us and no matter if you ship something next day, 2nd day, or hell....even ground it will never reach me no matter what in the hell either of their web sites say.

Now, if you are bored and have nothing else to do with you day...I suggest you email me and ask for a tracking number. Don't worry I have more then enough to share. Then use their site that will always tell you they are on schedule to deliver your package on-time. Then call their "customer care" center. Now what is a customer care/service center you ask. Basically, it a place you call that usually employs a couple hundred people that between all of them together don't have enough intelligence combined to know that when it is raining, to go inside.

Guess going to the store and getting is still the better way to get things. Sad, that the idea of customer service, as with most things these days is lost or dying. We accept false claims companies tell us. They make promises and fail more often then not and you are lucky if you can even get someone to say they are sorry for failing to keep their promise.

Needless to say I cant stand using either of these supposed shipping companies. The funny thing is, the US Postal Service I have the best luck with. Not to mention much cheaper. Think I will work on this a post a update to this post.
